1 General Provisions

786 bdt is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 786 bdt website, mobile application and all related services.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on 786 bdt, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method, all accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses will be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone and always use a strong password.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 786 bdt immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• 786 bdt will not be held responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account.
• 786 bdt may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

786 bdt currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a request is approved, funds are generally transferred within 1 hour.

4.3 Transaction Verification

786 bdt reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Additional information or documents may be requested to prevent money laundering and fraud. Transactions may be temporarily held while this verification process is under way.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

786 bdt offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Please read the terms carefully before claiming this bonus.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000. Before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, it must be wagered 25 times — meaning a total of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Your account must be verified to be eligible for a bonus.
• Each bonus offer applies only once per person, household or device.
• Each bonus has a set validity period; once it expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Not all game types may be played with bonus funds — restrictions may apply to specific games.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

786 bdt's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Advancing to each higher tier requires consistent activity and regular betting.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

786 bdt platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and various other gaming options. Each game or event has its own specific rules, which are clearly stated on the platform.

• Once a bet is placed it cannot be cancelled, unless 786 bdt has displayed incorrect information due to an error on our part.
• If a bet cannot be completed due to a technical fault, it will be treated as void and the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, a decision will be made in accordance with 786 bdt's specific policy.
• Maximum bet amounts are set separately for each game and event.

6.2 Determining Results

For sports betting, decisions are based on official results. In the case of any disputed result, the decision of 786 bdt will be final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786 bdt platform:

• Using the account for money laundering, fraud or any illegal activity.
• Strategic betting intended to abuse bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Using software bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform — such errors must be reported to 786 bdt.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, or helping such a person access the platform.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Rights of 786 bdt

786 bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms.

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. It is necessary to wait for any pending bets to be settled before the account is closed. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

786 bdt believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a way to solve problems. We provide the following protective features for users:

• The ability to set deposit limits.
• The ability to set time limits on gaming sessions.
• Temporary or long-term self-exclusion.

• Issues arising from a user's failure to comply with their local laws.

In any circumstances, 786 bdt's maximum liability will not exceed the value of the user's relevant transaction. 786 bdt is not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
